Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, our sessions offer a feel-good escape where stress melts away and happiness takes center stage. We’re here to help you move, breathe, laugh, and connect—with yourself and some furry friends. Come for the yoga, stay for the puppy cuddles!    

Every Ticket includes:

Admission to Puppy Yoga Class – A 70-Minute Session with Playful Pups (50 minutes of yoga with the puppies and 20 minutes of puppy playtime).   Yoga mats provided.  


All participants are required to purchase a ticket; children do not receive free admission. 


All ticket purchases are final—no refunds or changes will be allowed.


Pre-purchased tickets are required for participation, we cannot sell tickets at the door as there are limited spots in every class.


We welcome families with kids aged 5 and above provided that they are well-behaved, gentle, and feel comfortable around dogs. These guidelines are implemented to ensure the best experience for everyone involved.

Ages 14 & up can do the class on their own but will need a parent or guardian (18+) to sign the waiver upon arrival.

1. What is Puppy Yoga?

Puppy Yoga is a playful, relaxing yoga session where participants enjoy gentle movement while interacting with adorable puppies. It’s designed to promote mindfulness, reduce stress, and bring lots of smiles.

2. Do I need to have yoga experience?

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, you're welcome here.

3.  Where do the puppies come from?

We partner with trusted local breeders, foster organizations, or adoption agencies to bring healthy, socialized puppies to each session. In some cases, the puppies may even be adoptable!

4. What should I bring?

Just bring yourself and wear comfy clothes you can move in. Yoga mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

5. Is there an age limit?

Participants must be 12 years or older to attend. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

6.  How long is the class?

Each session runs about 45–60 minutes, with time to stretch, flow, and of course—snuggle the puppies.

7.  Can I just come to play with the puppies?

Our sessions are designed to be a full experience—movement, mindfulness, and puppy joy all in one. However, we occasionally offer “Puppy Play” drop-in sessions—check our schedule for upcoming dates!

8.  What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable due to limited space.


Hygiene & Cleanliness Faqs

9. Is the space clean and sanitized?

Absolutely. We thoroughly clean and sanitize the yoga space, mats, and props before and after every session. Puppy play areas are also disinfected regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both humans and pups.

10. Are the puppies clean and vaccinated?

Yes! All puppies are bathed, groomed, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. We work only with trusted providers who prioritize animal health and wellness.

11. What if a puppy has an accident during class?

We’re prepared for that! Accidents are cleaned up immediately using pet-safe disinfectants. Our team is trained to handle these situations quickly and hygienically so your experience remains enjoyable and stress-free.

12. Do I need to wash my hands after class?

We recommend it! Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space, and we encourage guests to wash or sanitize hands before and after interacting with the puppies.

13. Are there any precautions for people with allergies?

While we strive to keep the space clean, puppy yoga may not be suitable for individuals with pet allergies. Please consult your doctor if you’re unsure. We also provide tissues and natural air purifiers to support comfort.
